Exchange Conditions
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition with all tags attached.
- Perfumes and customized tailored items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Refund Process
We currently do not offer direct cash refunds. However, if an item is defective upon arrival, we will issue a full store credit or a direct exchange for a flawless piece.
